The test methodology for Sarsplex is ELISA which is robust and is considered the gold standard for antibody measurements.
Sarsplex test involves assessment of six SARS-COV-2 (Covid-19) specific antibodies, namely IgA, IgM, and IgG against both spike protein and nucleocapsid of the virus. By this means Sarsplex has increased the sensitivity and specificity to near 100%.
